About Omega Counseling Services
Holistic Approach to Mental Health
- At Omega Counseling Services, we take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected. We work with our clients to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all aspects of their well-being. This includes nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that can impact mental health.
Mindfulness-Based Therapies
- At Omega Counseling Services, we offer in mindfulness-based therapies to help our clients gain greater self-awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. Our therapists have extensive training in mindfulness practices and integrate them into evidence-based treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
Trauma-Informed Care
- We understand that many of our clients have experienced trauma, which can impact their mental health and well-being. That's why at Omega Counseling Services, we provide trauma-informed care to help clients feel safe and supported during their therapy sessions. Our therapists have specialized training in trauma-focused therapies, including EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.
Court Mandated Programs
Our services include the following court ordered programs:
- DUI Screenings, DUI and Substance Abuse Education and Treatment, Domestic Violence and Anger Management.
- Screenings and evaluations for suspended and revoked Driver Licenses.
Omega Counseling is licensed by the Arizona Department of Behavioral Health and the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles.
